The Studio
Vyom Skylines is a Bengaluru design and build studio working across construction, interiors, real estate and loose furniture. In ten years we have delivered over 280 projects. The ones we are proudest of are the quiet ones: good proportions, honest light, and materials that look better in year five than they did on handover day.

Foundation to handover. Structure, civil work, services and finishes, run by our own site team so what gets built is what was drawn.

Space planning, joinery, materials and lighting for the whole home. We detail it on site ourselves, so nothing is lost between the drawing and the wall.

Turnkey homes and properties worth the money. We help you find the right address, finish it properly, and hand over the keys.

Sofas, beds, dining and the pieces that are not built in. Made to your room’s real dimensions, or sourced when the right thing already exists.

We started Vyom Skylines because too many good designs fall apart on site. Ten years and 280+ projects later, design and construction still sit in the same team here, which means there is nobody for you to chase and nobody to blame. Most of our work is in and around Bangalore.
Leadership

Sanjay leads the practice and decides what work we take on. Ten years on site have made him hard to impress, and he still reviews the drawings himself before anything goes to build.
He started the firm on a plain idea: whoever designs a home should also answer for how it gets built. That is still how we run, and it is why he spends more time on site than behind a desk.

Sandeep runs the business, from the first client conversation to how a project gets scoped and priced. If the timeline you are given turns out to be realistic, that is usually his doing.
He will tell you what a job actually costs before you commit, including the parts most firms leave out of a first quote. Clients tend to remember that later.

Fervin owns execution: vendors, crews, procurement and the daily site checks. He is the reason the finish holds up when you look at it closely, not just in the photographs.
He keeps a standing rule that nothing gets closed up until he has seen it, which has saved more than one project from a problem that would have surfaced two years later.
